IDENTIDAD (working process)
The identity of a subject is defined as a set of particular characteristics that individualize him. This is built through the person’s physical appeareance, emotional, intellectual, etc and through the human relationships that the person experiences. Therefore, it becomes an exercise that develops and transforms day by day allowing us to adjust to our world.
Nowadays we’re submerged in a reality in which our identity is questioned and the only way to give credit to it is throughout a document. In this case, the voting credential by the Instituto Federal Electoral.
This project focuses on the irony of the credibility of the identity that supposedly is brought by the voter’s credential to its carrier, by bringing different identities, all of them, availed by an original IFE card.

La Identidad del sujeto se entiende como un conjunto de rasgos particulares que lo individualizan. Esta se construye atraves del aspecto físcio de la persona, emocional, intelectua, etc., y de las realciones humanas que va viviendo. Por lo tanto esta se vuelve un ejercio que se desarrolla y transforma día a día permitiendonos afirmarnos y acoplarnos a nuestro mundo.
En estos días nos vemos inmerso en una realidad en la que nuestra identidad es puesta en duda y la unica manera de acreditarla es através de un documento. En este caso la creedencial para votar del Instituto Federal Electoral.
Al otorgarme diferentes identidades este proyecto ironiza en la credibilidad de la identidad que supuestamente otorga a su dueño. Todas mis nuevas identidades están avaladas por un IFE original.
